Understanding ADHD
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder affects attention regulation, impulse control and activity level. Children with ADHD are usually trying hard; their difficulty is with regulating effort, not with willingness.
Our programme combines attention and executive-function training, emotional regulation work, parent management training and school accommodation support, alongside paediatric care where medication is being considered.
